The food and selection at this restaurant are excellent. I particularly love the softshell crab. Over the years, the menu and selection have evolved, but unfortunately, they no longer offer crepes, and there was no one manning the ramen station during my last visit. And love to gate keep the watermelon . One concern is the wastefulness of throwing away any food left out. I often see large amounts of rice being discarded, while the raw fish is reused instead of being thrown away. This practice seems inconsistent and could be improved. On a positive note, I really enjoy the Korean BBQ options they have added to the menu (kids love this) . While the crab legs were not as fresh as I would have liked, the oyster and shrimp selection was excellent and on point. Love the manager as my kid was over the height by an inch and he still let him in for free Overall, despite a few drawbacks, the variety and quality of the food make it a worthwhile dining experience. It would be even better if they could address the issues with food waste and ensure all stations are adequately staffed

We came on a Saturday when they opened for lunch and it wasn't crowded. There were tons of food to eat and the spread was neat and clean. There weren't a line. We sat comfortably and the seating weren't tight. The cooked food was good, but surprisingly, my favorite was the mango salad with arugula. There were many options of food to pick from and a little bit of everything will fill you up. The service was extremely attentive and quick. The only disappointment was, they don't offer senior discount anymore. But overall, I will return!

Though it's a little pricey I would say this place was worth it. Dinner was $43/pp and we went on a Friday. It has a beautiful and peaceful ambiance and great for large groups. The food selection was high quality and delicious, they have almost everything you'd like including cold soba. I was impressed with that one. The staff were attentive and kind even when it was busy. I'd say it's a nice place for family, friends, and a double date.

The food is decent considering it's a pretty big and busy buffet. Has all your typical Korean/Asian expectations. Used to come here for events here and there pretty often but tbh I haven't been to a buffet since before Covid, not intentionally but it's just been a while. I'd still recommend it to someone whose never been there and curious.

I'm always a little hesitant when I hear sushi and buffet in the same sentence. Mizumi is an exception to my trepidation. First impressions...the restaurant is very well run, nicely decorated and clean. I noted that the staff was continuously monitoring the food and keeping the buffet areas clean. Tables were bused quickly. Food over all was very good and well made. There was so much variety that this should satisfy everyone.

Came here for a family birthday celebration and had the private area to ourselves. Selection was good, and the sushi options were tasty and fresh. Surprisingly, the sushi rice was perfectly warm and well seasoned. Their clams in black beans were also delicious. Oysters were bad though, very fishy and watery. Had to spit it out. Loved the froyo machine also so definitely had a couple cups of those.

This place was a little far. To get here, a car would be preferable, but you can also take the bus from Flushing. I came here for lunch and it was $33 per person. I also ordered a pepsi which was refillable. There was no wait (we went at 1pm on a Sunday) and got seated immediately. We were told there is a 90 minute time limit so we got started right away. It's always worth it to hit up the sushi bar since they have such fresh fish and seafood. My favorite was the tiny dish of salmon they offered as well as the other fresh fish. For hot foods, the fried chicken was juicy. We ended with some small desserts and frozen yogurt (either vanilla or strawberry). I docked a star because we felt a little rushed. They gave us our bill not even an hour into our buffet and we felt like they were hovering over us, but overall the experience was good.

Great Asian AYCE buffet! There was a wide variety of hot foods, sushi, seafood, salads/cold plates, and many desserts. We went during Lunar New Year on a Saturday, and they had a special $43 all day promotion going on from 11 am to 9 pm. We knew there were going to be a lot of people, so we got there at around 4:30 for a pretty early dinner. The decor was clean and modern, and there were pretty rose petals right as we walked in. There was Pelicana fried chicken + more fried food, egg rolls, a grand selection of beef, salmon, sea bass, lots of chicken, and many seafood options such as crab legs, oysters, clams, and raw fish. The sushi and sashimi collection was massive, and they had a lot of great options: I liked the angel roll the best. My favorites by far were the short rib (super tender and flavorful), salmon, crab legs (YUM!), crab cakes, and broccoli (yes, vegetables). Definitely a good place to visit when you are in your buffet mood! Note: you are warned at the beginning by the waiter that you have only 90 minutes to eat. It kind of caught me off guard, and it made me feel like it was some sort of race. 90 minutes is a lot of time, but also when I was eating, I noticed it went by pretty fast. Also at 5pm on this particular Saturday, there was already a line out the door. So plan accordingly!

This was a nice all. You can eat buffet with sushi and other Japanese foods, but I would say that it's not fully worth it for the price. If you want to come here, you should get here early. I got here right around 530 and it opens at 5 o'clock. I experienced no wait I did pretty much immediately on arrival, which was very nice and quick. Immediately, when you sit down, the waiter comes over and takes care of your drinks. The variety of food was very good, but they definitely are missing some items and not everything. Is that great. I personally think that they should've had a larger selection because the buffet is a little bit small. Thankfully, we did not run into the problem of food items running out, but I could see you later into the evening that this could probably happen if the restaurant was more busy. I would come back, but I would probably hunt for a better Asian buffet.
